Generate a Report

To generate a report:

  1. On the Home page, click the Select a Project to generate the report on.

The Project loads onto the Home page.

Note: Document specific reports are available at the bottom of each respective document search page.

  1. From the drop-down menus in the top toolbar, select document type you want to generate a report on.

The Document [Specific] Search page displays.

  1. Refine the document search criteria to include the information you want to capture.
For example: To capture the average response time, you would update the search criteria to include all statuses.
  1. Click .

The updated Search results display.

  1. To generate a report within the search result parameters, select one of the following:
    1. CSV/Excel to extract data into a downloaded Microsoft Excel file
    2. Standard to generate the report within Onware
    3. Standard (PDF) to generate a report into a downloaded PDF file
