Responded	Discipline(s) who responded to the request
Waiting For	Disciplines who still need to respond to the request
Response Time (Days)	Calculated as the number of days between Submitted On date up to the Returned On date
SI(s)	Linked Supplemental Instruction(s)
Change(s)	Linked Change(s)
Average Response Time	Calculated as the average number of days between Submitted On date up to the Returned On date

General Contractor Report - This report is only available to General Contractor Project Managers

Issued On	Date when the Request for Information was last issued
Required Returned	Also called as Required By Date
Rec'd Date (Received Date)	Also called as Returned On Date. Date when the Request for Information was sent back to the General Contractor.
Distributed Date	Date when the Request for Information forward was issued
Response Sent to	Forwarded RFI copy via e-mail to
Subcontractor RFI	Subcontractor Request for Information that was sent to Consultant as Request for Information (RFI)
Average Response Time	Calculated as the average number of days between RFI Submitted On date up to the RFI Received Date
