E-mail Subscriptions

An E-mail subscription notifies a user via E-mail when a document's status has changed.

 

E-mail Attachments

E-mail subscriptions are sent with PDF attachments of corresponding documents. Onware limits the size of attachments included in the E-mail (typically 5MB) to ensure the E-mail is not rejected by the recipient due to attachment size. Any documents not included due to size restrictions are listed in the attachment table with a red Not Attached in email. Click to Download status. These documents can be downloaded by clicking the document name.

Status category descriptions:

Included as an email attachment Document is included as an attachment in the E-mail Included in email's PDF attachment Document is included in the combined PDF document included in the E-mail Not Attached in email. Click to Download Document is over the size limit and has not been included in the E-mail

Attachments ZIP Link

Selecting the “Click here to download ALL files as a ZIP” link will automatically open Onware.

• If you are already logged into Onware, you will be directed to a page where the ZIP file will automatically download.

  If you are not logged into Onware, you will be required to enter your user name and password before being directed to the ZIP file.
