Settings

Added/ updated descriptions and/or instructions to Settings
Quotation Contract Administrator will receive an error if there are linked Recommendations in the Quotation that are still in Initiated status and "Request Re-Quote" or "Close/Close & Mark Final" is selected.
Project

  • Aside from the phone number, project participants will now see project participants' mobile number in Users in this Project table in the project information page.

  • Permit Number and Permit Issued On fields have been added in the Project details page.

Progress Claim

Project Users with Owner's Project Manager access can now view Progress Claims in the following statuses:

  • Submitted

  • Issued

  • Requesting Recommendation

  • Reviewed

  • Revision Requested

  • Approved

  • Cancelled
Request for Substitution Contract Administrator will receive an error if there are linked Recommendations in the Request for Substitution that are still in Initiated status and "Not Accepted" or "Close/Close & Create" is selected.
Site Visit

Standard Form has been updated to include the Permit Number.

Note: Permit Number field will only display on the printed form if included in the custom form layout. Custom Forms may need to be amended to display the field.

Unsolicited Change Request Contract Administrator will receive an error if there are linked Recommendations in the Unsolicited Change Request that are still in Initiated status and "Not Accepted" or "Close/Close & Create" is selected.
Site Pages - Common Elements General improvements of previously identified common elements to improve overall user experience.

Resolved Issues

Feature Description
Change

  • Contract Administrator will no longer receive error when "Enter on Behalf of Contractor" is selected and the Change is in "Reviewed" status.

  • Updated list of Internal Codes to display in numerical order.
Change Directive Updated list of Codes to display in numerical order.
Request for Information Updated error message will display when attempting to delete a Request for Information in "Waiting Response" status.
Onware Sync: Request for Information Request for Information transitions to "Responded" when selected Discipline Consultant identified in the setting provides a response.
Change Request

Error will now display when re-opening a Change Request in initiated status.
Submittal

  • Calculation for Submittal's Response Time in the Standard Report has been updated based on Issued On and Returned On date.\

  • When Submittal package is generated, only attachments from last Submittal History will be included.
Clarification Request Selected Contract and other information in the Clarification Request is retained when Save or Issue is selected.
Site Visit Deleting imported Site Visit Item no longer errors.
