Progress Claim	User no longer receives error when adding a Change Order in a Progress Claim and selected Contract Type does not have Contract Value.
Setting	Fixed error when reverting contract-level setting to default.
Submittal	User will be required to select and save the date when adding stamp on Submittal attachment. Selected "To" and "From" person is retained when moving to another field.
