Feature	Description
Change Directive	Added "Copy" from the "Select an Action" function.
Consultant Recommendation	Contract Administrators can now create a new Change Directive from a Consultant Recommendation using the "Close & Create CD" action button.
Submittal	New "Contract" selection field to allow project users to tag the Submittals to Contracts, if needed in the project.
UCR / Quotation / Change / Change Order	Users will now see new optional fields called "Original Substantial Completion Date" and "New Substantial Completion Date" in UCR, Quotation, Change and Change Order documents. "Original Substantial Completion Date" and "New Substantial Completion Date" value will be copied into the Quotation when Quotation is created from UCR. "Original Substantial Completion Date" and "New Substantial Completion Date" value will be copied into the Change when Quotation is accepted and marked as final. "Original Substantial Completion Date" and "New Substantial Completion Date" value will be copied into the Change Order when "Close & Create CO" is selected from the Change.

Feature	Description
Change Order	Contract Administrator will no longer receive an error when signing off Change Order if "Require Approval Workflow" setting is set in the project.
Request for Information	Fixed RFI aging calculation in the Project Summary and Response Time in the Standard Report
UCR to Change	When a UCR is created into a Change and Quotation is created, Email Subscription for priced Change will no longer be sent.
