Feature Description
Email Subscription: Combined PDF attachment When Email notification is sent, PDF attachments that are password-protected will no longer be included in the combined PDF. PDFs that are password-protected will be generated as a separate attachment in the Email.
Integration: Bluebeam

  • When Bluebeam session is started in Onware, users identified in Submittal's "To" and "CC To" list will both receive an invitation to join the session in Bluebeam.

    NOTES:

    • There are no changes in the Submittal workflow in Onware.

    • Only the user identified as the "To" person will receive an action item to provide a review of the Submittal in Onware.

  • Message in the invitation Email to join the Bluebeam session has been updated to include the project name, Submittal number and title.
Submittal

  • "Next Step (Send)" button has been renamed to "Next Step"

  • Selecting "Next Step" button will scroll the Submittal page down to the History section where user can choose to "Create New Record", "Forward" an existing issued history, or "Edit" an initiated history.

  • When issuing a Submittal review, Consultant's Effective Discipline in the project will now display in the Submittal's History section.

    Things to Consider:

    • If the effective discipline is not identified in the project, the Consultant's primary discipline will be displayed.

    • Discipline will not display on the printed form.

    • Discipline will not display on Submittal histories created before 9.37.0.
Supplemental Instruction Added "Copy" from the "Select an Action" function options.
