Feature Description
Email Subscription and Email Package: Combined PDF attachment

When Email notification is sent, PDF attachments that are password-protected or with embedded seal will no longer be included in the combined PDF.

PDFs that are password-protected or with embedded seal will be generated as a separate attachment in the Email.
File Name Format: Change, Change Order and Supplemental Instruction

Change, and Change Order will now use the Document to Issue abbreviation, while Supplemental Instruction will use the Document to Issue, instead of the document name when PDF is generated.

Note: New file name format will only apply to documents that will be actioned (issued, reviewed, closed, etc.) after 9.40.0 is released.
Generating PDF General improvements of previously identified common elements to improve overall site performance.
PDF Package

Quotation: Standard Report Waiting For and Responded discipline(s) columns have been added in the standard report.

Request for Information

Onware Sync Integration: Procore

  • When Request for Information is synced from Procore, the initial sync date/time will now show as the RFI's "Submitted On" and "Issued On" date/time in Onware.

Resolved Issue

Feature Description
Change Directive Fixed references/attachments link to include attached Consultant Recommendations.
Request for Information When submitting an RFI on behalf of a Contractor, Contract Administrator will receive an error if Submitted By person and/or Submitted On date are missing.
Submittal

  • Fixed the sort order to display in chronological order when sort by Due Date is selected in the search page.

  • Fixed discipline showing in the Submittal History's "From" person when Submittal History is forwarded.
