Progress Claim

The Claim Value section will now include "Amount Previously Released" detail to help Contract Administrators manage "holdback" releases and retainage when issuing Progress Claims.

Setting: Company Type

Added a new setting called Company Types to allow Project Administrators to manage list of options displaying in the "Type" dropdown when creating or editing a Company profile.

Static Search Results Table Header When searching for documents in Onware, the results table header will now be static on the top while users scroll through the list of documents.

Cause

  • The Requested By value was not being stored in the correct location.

Re-issuing RFI without selected discipline(s) Issue
  • Prime Consultants are able to re-issue RFI without Consultant discipline(s) selected.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • Validation that disciplines are selected is only necessary between certain statuses. The re-issue workflow did not specify the correct target status when validating.

Recommendation still linked to Request for Substitution when cancelled Issue
  • Recommendation still linked to Request for Substitution document when cancelled within Request for Substitution.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • The cancellation feature in Recommendation unlinks a particular set of document types. The Request for Substitution document was added to this list.

Cancelled Recommendation does not generate PDF snapshot in document audit Issue
  • PDF snapshot is not generated and saved in document audit when Recommendation is cancelled. Specifically, this is the case when a Recommendation is cancelled within Quotation, Progress Claim, Request for Substitution, or UCR, it transitions the document to "Cancelled" but the cancel action does not reflect in the document audit.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • Two separate cancellation mechanisms existed in the software, and only one of them had the correct behavior. These separate mechanisms were consolidated.

Action items for re-issued Recommendations still display in the home page Issue
  • Action item on returned Recommendation still displays on consultant's homepage when Recommendation is re-issued.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • Action item is not being marked as “Done” in our system when the Consultant re-issues the Recommendation.

Selecting Help (?) icon in Onware opens a broken Users Guide link Issue
  • Users get a broken link in some pages in Onware when clicking on Help (?) icon.

Resolution

  • Updated broken links to point to the current Users Guide link.

Cause

  • The Users Guide was recently updated and restructured, removing numbered sections. This caused some links to become invalid.

"Waiting For" discipline Consultants did not receive action items to provide Recommendation Issue
  • “Waiting For” list gets updated when discipline list is updated without triggering the request for recommendation.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • The "Waiting For" list is not a stored list - it reflects the difference between the selected disciplines and those for which a child document has been issued. The issue is that this difference should be calculated based on the disciplines that were selected at the time the status was changed, and should ignore any "draft" changes to selected disciplines made while the document is in its current status.

Error when generating weather information in Site Visit document Issue
  • Users receive error when retrieving weather information based on current or project location in Site Visit documents

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • 3rd-party API that was used to retrieve weather information in Site Visit was retired by its new owner.
