Reported Issue Description
Previous version of UCR not linked properly when new revision is created.

Issue

  • When a new revision is created from a re-quote request on UCR, the document number of UCR's previous version does not display in the Linked Documents section.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • When creating a new revision the link to the previous version was being created with incorrect information.

Change Directive description and reason texts are cleared when "Create Change Order" action is selected. Issue
  • When "Create Change Order" is selected to close and automatically associate a Change Directive to a Change Order, both description and reason texts in Change Directive is cleared and do not show in the PDF.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • The Description and Reason fields were not being preserved as part of the closing process.

Error when selecting View/Print in Project Summary section Issue
  • Contract Administrators and General Contractor Project Managers receive error when trying to "View/Print" the Project Summary Report.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • A change to the behavior of the "help" feature on the printing page was not compatible with reports on the home page.
