Feature Description
Rich Text Editor (RTE)

  • Rich Text Editor has been updated to support updating of font formatting (style, size, color, etc.) when numbered list or bullet list is used.

  • Only supported fonts that carry through the printed forms will be available in the Rich Text Editor.

Note: We have updated the Rich Text Editor field. Please clear the browser's cache and cookies.
RFI Standard Report The RFIs Submitted On date now reflects in the RFI Standard Report.
Email Subscriptions

When user profile is inactivated and user has project-level Email subscriptions, a "Remove Email Subscriptions" button will display in the user's profile to allow Project Administrators to remove the users project-level Email subscriptions.
Custom Mixed Reports

We have implemented enhancements to support creating custom reports that are not specific to a single document type in Onware.

Aside from being able to customize standard reports specific to a document type (ex. RFI Standard Report), we now support requests to create custom reports, where data will be generated from combination of multiple document types.

Integration: Procore Implemented logging of additional details when RFIs are sync to help with internal monitoring.
Reports: Mixed Report Template

Onware now supports requests to create custom reports that are not specific to document type. For custom report requests, please reach out to Onware Helpdesk.

  • Mixed Report Template can be set on a per-project basis

  • User access to specific mixed reports will be set when the custom report is created.

  • When mixed report template is set in the project, project participants with specific access to the report will see a report tile in their homepage. The report tile will allow them to view the report within Onware or generate and download a PDF copy of the report.

Reported Issue Description
Contract Administrator receives error when initiating a recommendation on an Unsolicited Change Request Issue

  • Contract Administrators receive error when selecting "Recommendation Requested" action item on a Unsolicited Change Request.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this error.

Cause

  • Contract Administrator does not have access to /UnsolicitedChangeRequest/Review page.
Error when access Contracts page Issue

  • Error generates on Contracts page when any of the project's contracts has an associated company with a defined "Company Type".

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this error.

Cause

  • This defect was introduced with the implementation of a new setting called "Company Types" as part of version 9.41.0.
Site Visit items do not show in order on PDF Issue

  • Site Visit Items with the same Site Visit area's number but different area title are do not show in order when generated in PDF.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this issue.

Cause

  • Site Visit items are grouped by Site Visit Area, wherein items within the group are sorted by Site Visit Area number only.
Error when searching for RFI Issue

  • Generates an error when filter by discipline search is used, where at least 1 of the disciplines has "&" in its discipline name.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this error.

Cause

  • The system didn't support this special character until recently due to a lack of necessity.
/Status/Index page returns an error Issue

  • Error when accessing /Status/Index page.

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this error.

Cause

  • The page link was broken due to changes in the "Help" links.
New Form Not registering Feature or Type Issue

  • New saved as copy of the custom forms does not have the "Feature" and "Type".

Resolution

  • The software has been fixed to address this error.

Cause

  • Both “Feature” and “Type” details are not retained when "Save As" is used on Printed Form.
