Reported Issue Description
Issued By and Issued On date details are missing in Submittal. Issue

  • If Submittal is initiated and saved by a General Contractor Project Manager, and then the Contract Administrator edits and issues the Submittal, the Issued By and Issued On details do not show in Submittal Browse page and CSV report.

Resolution

  • The visibility of the Issued By and Issued On fields was changed so that they would be visible and carried through the process.

Cause

  • Under these circumstances, the software did not display either editable or read-only Issued On and Issued By fields.
Associated Change Directive's description is blank in Change Order printed form. Issue

  • Change Order's associated Change Directive's description does not display in Change Order form if Contract selected is either an allowance, variance, or contingency.

Resolution

  • This was corrected so that these items are displayed.

Cause

  • This previous enhancement was applied only to some types of Change Order.
