Reported Issue Description
Error when updating Submittal or creating new Submittal history records. Issue

  • User receives error when saving or creating new history record in Submittals created from Onware Sync integration with Procore.

Resolution

  • The submittal’s “Issued By” field is filled in with the Submittal’s Manager in Procore.

Cause

  • The Submittal’s “Issued By” field was not populated when the record was synced from Procore.
