PDF Package excludes PDFs with Digital Signature/Seal

Issue

PDFs with digital signature or seal are generated as separate files when package is emailed or downloaded, implemented across all projects.

Solution

To address this issue, we introduced a new setting called "Attachments - Separate Signed PDFs from Packages". When the setting is enabled, PDFs with digital signature or seal will be separated from the package when emailed or downloaded. When the setting is disabled, PDFs with digital signature or seal will be combined in the package. As a result, this will invalid the digital signature or seal in the combined PDF.

This setting is enabled by default across all projects. Project Administrators can enable or disable this setting on a per-project basis.

Cause

In version 9.40.0, we have changed the software to exclude PDF files with digital signatures or seals in the combined PDF to ensure that file's validity is retained. This was implemented across all projects.
