Feature Description
Change Directive: Default Workflow

Previously, projects can either issue the Change Directive for approval and acknowledgment, or issue it for pricing.

In version 9.39.0, we have added the "pricing workflow" in the default workflow to provide flexibility in the project to request for pricing, if required, after the Change Directive is approved and acknowledged.

In addition, Contract Administrators will now have the option to request a Consultant Recommendation, if needed, before they issue the Change Directive for approval and acknowledgment.

General: Search Pages Aside from using the "Search" button, users can now simply hit the "Enter" key on their keyboard to trigger search in Onware.
General Optimized PDF Queue to improve overall performance.
Project: Project Report Selection Similar to Printed Form document templates, projects can now assign whether to use Onware's standard template or use a customized report template as for its Standard Report. For more information, see Project Report Selection.
Reports We have added a Standard Report for Quotation.
Setting: Document Number Padding

When setting up a new project, Project Administrators will now be able to set the number of padded digits to be used when generating document numbers. Number padding can be between 3 to 6 digits.

Note: Onware's initial configuration of this setting is set to 6-digits. It is recommended to set the value of the setting in line with the expected total number of documents for the project.
User Directory Improved performance when loading User edit page.

PDF Package: File Format When PDF Package is generated, file name now includes document type.
Settings: Contract-level

Removed option to configure the following settings on a contract-level:

  • Change: Require Code

  • Change: Require Internal Code

  • Change Directive: Require a Change in Contract Time

  • Change Directive: Require a Value

  • Clarification Request: Restrict Access

  • Field Order: Review Value

  • Field Order: Show the Change in Time on Field Order

  • Submittal: Disclaimer for Submittals
