Impersonate a User
The impersonate feature allows a Project Administrator to assume the identity of another Onware user. When Impersonate feature is used, the following information is recorded in the Audit Log:

Logged In User - User who impersonating another Onware user

Current User - User being impersonated

Action - Action performed on the document
-
Date - When was the action performed
Start Impersonating
You can impersonate users on the Home page.
To start impersonating a user:
- Using the Start Typing to Search feature, enter the user's name.
- Select the user.
You are now impersonating a user and the Home page reloads to the user's view.
Tip: When impersonating, the top tool bar indicates who is logged in and which user is being impersonated.
Stop Impersonating
You can stop impersonating users on the Home page.
To stop impersonating a user:
- Under the Impersonate section, click Clear.
The Home page reloads and you are no longer impersonating a user.
Tip: When not impersonating, the top tool bar indicates who is logged in.
