Supplemental Instruction Settings

List of available settings for Supplemental Instructions

Note: Only Project Administrator or Software Administrators can configure the settings.

 

From the Administration menu, select Settings. The Settings page displays.

• A. Global Settings

• B. Project Settings

• C. Default or Custom Settings

Tip: You can also access Settings from the Collapsed Menu.

Setting Name	Description
Close Linked RFIs when the SI is Issued	When enabled, all RFI's linked to the Supplemental Instruction (SI) will be adjusted to the status of Closed when the SI is issued.
Disclaimer for Supplemental Instruction	The disclaimer displayed on the printed form of all previous and newly created Supplemental Instructions.
Document to Issue	List of options displaying in a Supplemental Instruction's (SI )Document to Issue drop down field.
Require Approval Workflow	Alters the default workflow of a Supplemental Instruction (SI) whereby the SI must be approved prior to Acknowledgement. This setting requires additional configuration to define the Approval responsibility.
