Unsolicited Change Request Settings

List of available settings for Unsolicited Change Requests.

Note: Only Project Administrator or Software Administrators can configure the settings.

 

From the Administration menu, select Settings. The Settings page displays.

• A. Global Settings

• B. Project Settings

• C. Default or Custom Settings

Tip: You can also access Settings from the Collapsed Menu.

Setting Name	Description
Disclaimer for Unsolicited Change Requests	The disclaimer displayed on the printed form of all previous and newly created Unsolicited Change Requests.
Require Reason	Requires the Unsolicited Change Request's Reason field be included as a mandatory field
