Message Delivery

You can specify where you want Onware messages to be sent. To add additional E-mail addresses, see Contact Information.

Note: By default, Onware messages are sent to a user's primary E-mail.

 

To change which E-mail address messages are sent to:

1. Access your User Preferences page and scroll to Preferences section. For more information, see Preferences.

2. In the Message Delivery drop-down, select the E-mail you want Onware messages sent to.
