Change Order Settings

List of available settings for Change Orders:

Note: Only Project Administrator or Software Administrators can configure the settings.

 

From the Administration menu, select Settings. The Settings page displays.

Tip: You can also access Settings from the Collapsed Menu.

Setting Name Description
Change Order Approval Customize Change Order workflow to facilitate Approvals in a hierarchical order.

Setting Name Description
Change Order Disclaimer Selection - Contract Type Defines which Change Order Disclaimer is displayed on a Change Order based on the Contract Type selected.
Disclaimer for Change Orders - "Contract - Owner" When a "Contract" Type Contract is selected, this disclaimer is displayed on the printed form of all previous and newly created Change Orders.
Disclaimer for Change Orders - "Other" Contract When a Contract type of Allowance, Contingency or Variance is selected, this disclaimer is displayed on the printed form of all previous and newly created Change Orders.
Document to Issue List of options displaying in the Document to Issue drop down field within a Change Order.
Require Approval Workflow Alters the default workflow of a Change Order (CO) whereby the CO must be approved prior to acknowledgement.
Require Submitted Workflow Require all Change Orders be submitted to the Partner in Charge (PIC) for Issuance. Alters the default workflow of a Change Order (CO) workflow whereby the CO must be submitted prior to issuance.
