Meeting Settings

List of available settings for Meetings.

Note: Only Project Administrator or Software Administrators can configure the settings.

 

From the Administration menu, select Settings. The Settings page displays.

Tip: You can also access Settings from the Collapsed Menu.

 

Project Settings:

Setting Name Description
Meeting Types

List of options displaying in a Meeting’s “Type” drop down field.

Provides categorization of Meetings and ability to limit access to specified Group(s).

Meeting Item Types

List of options displaying in a Meeting’s “Meeting Item Type” drop down field.

Provides categorization of a Meeting’s Items and can be customized on a per Meeting Type basis.
