Review a Request for Information

When a Request for Information has been addressed by all Consultants selected to submit a response, the Contract Administrator will receive an action item on their Home page, requesting that the Request for Information be reviewed. You can also access the document on the Request for Information Search page. For more information, see Search for a Document.

To review to a Request for Information:

  1. Click on the Project that contains the Request for Information in your Action Items list.

The Action Items list expands.

Tip: Documents requiring your review will be labeled "All Responses Received" after the document title.

  1. Click the action item.

The Request for Information Edit page displays.

  1. Review the Request for Information, and any attachments or comments entered by the consultants.
  2. If the Request for Information has responses that are not applicable or invalid, click .
  3. If the Request for Information requires additional reviews by more disciplines:
    • Select additional disciplines from the Direct to Discipline(s) drop-down
    • Click .

  1. To action the Request for Information, select one of action buttons from the top toolbar:
