Administrator Guide
A user’s experience determines the foundation for their engagement of the program. When users have a positive experience with consistent results, it leads to less rework, frustration, and confusion.
Your role as an Administrator is essential in starting your project off on the right foot. Applying the knowledge of the Building Blocks of Onware, in addition to the Set-Up a Project, standardizes the project set-up, reinforces user(s) positive and similar experience from project to project. We encourage you use these resources as a baseline for creating your own organization’s unique project set-up.
