Project Directory

Project profiles can be searched, created, edited, and made inactive from the Project Directory page.

 

To access the Project Directory:

1. From the Administration menu, click Project Directory.

The Project Directory page displays.

Note: Only Administrators have access to the Administration Menu and Project Directory.

From the Project Directory, you can:

• Search for a Project
• Create a Project
  • Edit Project Details such as:
    • General
    • Location/Address
    • Companies
    • Time Sheet and Invoices
    • Taxes
  • Manage Users on a Project:
    • Add User(s) to a Project
    • Customize User's Per Project Access
    • Remove User(s) from a Project
    • Replace User(s) on a Project
  • Configure E-mail Subscriptions :
    • Add Project E-Mail Subscriptions
    • Delete Project E-Mail Subscriptions
    • Documents Included in PDF Package or E-mail Subscriptions
  • Manage Distribution Groups
  • Configure Printed Forms
• Edit a Project
  • Edit Project Details such as:
    • General
    • Location/Address
    • Companies
    • Time Sheet and Invoices
    • Taxes
  • Manage Users on a Project:
    • Add User(s) to a Project
    • Customize User's Per Project Access
    • Replace User(s) on a Project

Tip: Once the project is completed, it is recommended to in Onware as well.
